Clients Rights and Responsibilities

  • Clients will be treated courteously, with respect and dignity.

  • All services delivered are voluntary.

  • Clients may refuse any services offered.

  • Clients have the right to participate in decisions regarding their service.

  • Clients will treat staff and others politely, with respect and dignity.

  • Clients will comply with BFL rules, policies and requests.

  • In order for BFL to continue to provide services, it is requested that clients be sober and drug free while receiving services and that clients attend appointments consistently.

  • Clients who have a concern or complaint about the service should speak to the employee involved, or call the supervisor/manager who may be reached at 604-659-2200.
