We aim to offer a safe and nurturing environment where mothers can seek assistance, guidance, and resources.
Free, welcoming support for expectant and new mothers in Burnaby and New Westminster.
Pre and Post Natal Services accepts continuous intake, participants can self refer or be referred by friend, community agency, or health care provider. If there is a waitlist, priority will be given to individuals with the highest needs for support. We welcome a wide variety of women, which helps makes our programs wonderful, accepting and unique.
Who This Program Is For
Vulnerable pregnant and postpartum women with babies aged 0–6 months
How to Join
Select the program you are interested in below, click “Join our waitlist” and fill the form; or contact our team and a staff will help you find the right service.
If you are a service provider completing a referral on behalf of a client, please select the program you are interested and complete the Participation Request form.
A weekly support group for pregnant women focusing on health, nutrition, emotional well-being, and preparing for birth.
A welcoming group for mothers with newborns to connect, learn, and share experiences.
Please note that starting May 5 our Pre and Post Natal Services hours have been updated.
Tuesday Postnatal session at Olivet church in New Westminster is from 10:45 am-12:30 pm
Pregnancy outreach (prenatal) from 12:30 pm-2:15 pm .
Wednesday Pregnancy Outreach (prenatal) session at Edmonds from 12:30 pm to 2:15 pm.
Thursdays Baby and Me (postnatal) session at Edmonds from 12:30 pm to 2:15 pm.
