Please note that starting September 1st, our Pre and Post Natal Services hours will be updated.
Tuesday program hours will remain at their usual time, but the Pregnancy Outreach (prenatal) sessions on Wednesdays will now run from 12:30pm to 3:00pm.

A free weekly support group for pregnant women experiencing emotional, social, financial and health challenges. The group offers weekly education sessions, nutrition information, and outreach worker support. Access to food coupons, vitamins, and bus tickets. This is not a drop-in program; registration is required to attend one of the two time slots. Childcare spaces for children 18 months - 5 years may be available, please enquire upon registration.
