Baby & Me (Postnatal)
A free weekly support group for mothers experiencing emotional, social, financial and health challenges with infants 0-6 months.

Childcare spaces for children 18 months - 5 years may be available, please enquire upon registration.
This is not a drop-in program; registration is required to attend one of the two slots.
The group offers weekly education sessions, and the support of an outreach worker. Access to food coupons, vitamins, and bus tickets.

Please note that starting September 1st, our Pre and Post Natal Services hours have been updated.
Tuesday program hours remain at their usual time, but the Baby and Me (postnatal) sessions on Thursdays will now run from 12:30pm to 3:00pm.
