Please note that starting September 1st, our Pre and Post Natal Services hours will be updated.
Tuesday program hours will remain at their usual time, but the Baby and Me (postnatal) sessions on Thursdays will now run from 12:30pm to 3:00pm.

A free weekly support group for mothers experiencing emotional, social, financial and health challenges with infants 0-6 months. The group offers weekly education sessions, and the support of an outreach worker. Access to food coupons, vitamins, and bus tickets.
This is not a drop-in program; registration is required to attend one of the two time slots. Childcare spaces for children 18 months - 5 years may be available, please enquire upon registration.
