Please Give: Support Healthy Pregnancies --> CLICK ON THE PICTURE FOR MORE INFORMATION

We have more than 50 at risk women waiting to get into our Pregnancy Outreach Program. Together we desire to build stronger communities by supporting vulnerable pregnant women and new mothers. Please consider a donation to help these women. Your gift can make a real difference.

About our program:

The pre-natal and post-natal programs serve over 200 at risk women in the community every year. The program, free of charge to at-risk women, provides weekly support groups in both Burnaby and New Westminster serving a wide range of clients from all different countries. Each group provides participants with a nutritious lunch, a one hour educational session and one to one consultation with an outreach worker, public health nurses and a registered dietitian. We also provide transportation tickets, nutritious meals, food coupons and vitamin and mineral supplements. Last year 58 women were on our wait-list. With your help we hope to change this.

For those of you who have followed our campaign and are interested in knowing more about the moms that come through, here is a more detailed version of Erika's story.  Erika’s Story Erika was young, homeless, and in an abusive relationship and had reached a challenging crossroad in her life when she found out that she was pregnant. It didn’t take her long to realise that she was going to be a single mom. Young, unsupported and inexperienced Erika was not sure how she was going to take care of herself or her baby.
