Boundaries

Boundaries are needed to set limits, handle anger, define your needs and your personal space, create intimacy and enhance your well being – whether at home, work or socially. Boundaries are those healthy beliefs, thoughts, verbal and non-verbal messages that influence how you interact with others and how others interact with you. In this seminar, you will learn skills to develop and maintain boundaries. In collaboration with Family Services of Greater Vancouver.
