Boundaries are needed to set limits, handle anger, define your
needs and your personal space, create intimacy and enhance your well
being whether at home, work or socially. Boundaries are those
healthy beliefs, thoughts, verbal and non-verbal messages that
influence how you interact with others and how others interact with
you. In this seminar, you will learn skills to develop and maintain
boundaries. In collaboration with Family Services of Greater Vancouver.

Women and Anger
Feeling irritated is an important signal, but how we deal with it
express it or deny it may work against us. Examine the ways that
women are taught to handle angry feelings and how this can
affect your behaviour. Identify the triggers for your own anger and
develop an effective strategy for using anger positively.
