Nobody’s Perfect 1
A FREE 8 session educational and support program for parents with children
under age 6 who haven’t had a chance to explore parenting ideas in a
group setting. Free childcare, snack and

My Tween and Me
Designed for parents of children ages 7 to 12 years. My Tween and Me Parenting Program is based on recent
research showing that the tween years are far more developmentally significant than previously thought. The program confirms the
ability of parents to positively influence the lives of their school aged children to reduce the
likelihood that they will participate in risky behaviours, such as substance use, early sexual activity, or gambling,
as they move into their teen years. Childcare provided if pre-registered.
