FREE These are literacy and basic level English classes for newcomer women who are unable to participate in ELSA programs. These classes are open to women of all ages and all cultural backgrounds. Children learn and play with other children and develop the social and language skills needed for success in the Canadian system. Staff working with both women and children are qualified teachers.
